We are located in Denton and deliver to all Denton zip codes. We also service Argyle, Bartonville, Corinth, Copper Canyon, Flower Mound, Hickory Creek, Highland Village, Krum (up to $14.95 will be added to orders outside the city limits), Lake Dallas, Lantana, Robson Ranch, and Shady Shores.
Delivery policy:
All orders are subject to a delivery charge based on the zip code of the delivery area, plus state sales tax at the rate of 8.25%. All orders received by 2 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday can be delivered same day. If the order is received after 2 p.m. it will receive next day service or you may call for availability for same day delivery (940-566-1963). Saturday orders must be received no later than 12 p.m. Sunday delivery is not available. Orders outside our delivery area will be filled by a florist serving that area, and will incur a delivery charge and an additional $5.95 wire service fee. Prices for products outside our delivery area my vary slightly and are subject to the filling florist's availability. We will do our best to insure your order is delivered in a timely manner. A recipient phone number is required to help us with the delivery process.
Substitution policy:
Seasonal conditions and suppy of flowers may affect our ability to fill your order as requested. In this case reasonable substitutions will be made, such as the same type of flower in another color, or if color is specific (ex: pink and white) we would use only pink and white flowers of another type with the same value to fill your order. If the container in the picture is not available we will use one as similar as possible.
