Substitution
Policy: Seasonal conditions
and supply of flowers may affect our ability to fill your order as
requested. In this
case reasonable substitutions will be made, such as the same type of
flower in another color, or if it is an arrangement of specific colors
(ex: pink and white)
then we would use only pink and white flowers of another type with
similar value
to fill your order. If the container pictured is not available we will
use one as similar
as possible.
Delivery Policy:
All orders are subject to a delivery charge based on
the zip code of the delivery area, plus state sales tax at the rate of
8.25%. All orders received by 1 p.m. CST, Monday thru Friday can be delivered
same day. If the order is received after 1 p.m. it will receive next day
service or you may call for availability for same day delivery
(940-566-1963). Saturday orders must be received no later than 12 p.m.
Sunday delivery is not available. Orders outside our delivery area
will be filled by a florist serving that area and will incur a delivery
charge and an additional $5.95 wire service fee. Prices for products
outside our delivery area may vary slightly and are subject to the
filling florist's availability. We
will do our best to insure that your order is delivered in a timely
manner.
A recipient phone number is required.
Home Deliveries: In
the event that no one is home we will call the recipient to notify them
and hold the delivery. Per special instructions we can leave it with a neighbor
ort on the porch if weather permits.
Business Deliveries: If the person is not at that location on the
delivery day, but will return the following day the delivery will be
left at the business. Otherwise we will attempt to get further
instructions for a delivery day.
Hospital
Deliveries: Due to privacy laws, please include a room number if
possible and the recipient's legal name. Deliveries are not allowed in
ICU. Deliveries can be left at the ICU nurses' desk for family members if
requested.
